This year at DSEI 2017, RUAG Defence will be showcasing its state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions. Also represented, once again, will be its ARANEA Tactical Communications along with its ballistic protection portfolio. The Defence division will be joined by RUAG Ammotec on the same booth.
2017 saw RUAG acquire the British cyber security company Clearswift, which has more than 2,300 customers in over 70 countries. Clearswift will be exhibiting its product portfolio in the areas of data loss prevention and deep content inspection. With Clearswift’s products and services on the one hand and RUAG (having one of the largest cyber training ranges in Europe) on the other, this
clearly results in a powerful synergy for both companies. For the exhibition, a mobile version of their advanced Cyber Training Range will be brought over from Switzerland.
Two further products from RUAG Defence are also being presented: RUAG ARANEA, the ‘Tactical Communication’ system that links wide-ranging organisations, systems and devices quickly and securely; and RUAG’s mission-proven ballistic protection.
RUAG Ammotec – RUAG’s European market-leading division for small-calibre ammunition and pyrotechnics – will also be present, focusing this year on its range of hand grenades and its SWISS P line. RUAG Defence can expect even more interest at this year’s DSEI with the exciting addition of their cyber security products and services to their already established land-based defence portfolio.
